Felt as though if we didn’t have a therapeutic relationship we’d probably also get on as friends, which definitely helped as it allowed for some humour and building a rapport rather than just direct problem - solution, made it more enjoyable. You brought your personality into the sessions which I enjoyed, and made me feel very comfortable disclosing things with you. You gave me a very pleasant experience, which is the complete opposite to all the horror stories and what my original perception of what therapy is!
Very personable, friendly and creates lots of space for listening. Got on also on a personal level which made the environment much more safe and pleasant.
The flexibility of appointments was particularly useful, as wasn’t constrained in anyway. I think also the silences and gaps used when discussing was very helpful, rather than filling a silence just for the sake of it - if that makes sense. You were very understanding and listened well, and challenged me appropriately. As well as that, we had quite a U turn midway which you were very accommodating to rather than being frustrated about it, very open to change.
For me with OCD, it helped me learn how to manage it, without it interfering in my life. I also found it helped me with my PTSD. I also found it very informative, with lots of information to help me. I also like how helpful it was with regards to my autism.
My therapist was a very helpful and a lovely person to work with. She was also very good at helping through my difficulties.
Before I started therapy, I couldn’t live very happy or well. Because of my OCD and PTSD. But things are much better now and improving with time. So I can live a happy and healthy life.
Eve was clear, approachable and non-judgmental. She was able to quickly get to the nature of my daughters concerns and understand empathetically how my daughter felt. Her appearance and manner were non-threatening. We felt listened to and were never rushed.

Eve was great. Understanding, created a comfortable environment at all times. Put good ideas and thoughts into the conversation, asked the right questions. Made me think about perspectives that I have not seen before, which is for me the key point. She really helped me understand parts of myself that I did not understand before. She also seems like she really cares, which is great.

Before the therapy my daughter was on edge a lot, if she was pushed out of her comfort area she would get very upset and clam up and dig her nails into her hands and arms so that marks were left.
She has been so much calmer since – has dealt with some challenges and in situations where she would normally get very anxious is much calmer.

Answer to how things were like before the therapy and how are they now:
Managed but didn’t have a structure or understanding as to how and why. Challenge myself now on a regular basis with my tolerance to uncertainty and can’t quite express how much you’ve helped.
Helpful therapy that provides insights into own behaviour. I felt understood during the sessions which helped me gain a better understanding of myself and the situation I want to change. The sessions made me understand my own behaviour and the why behind my actions. By making me understand these things we then created actions points and task for myself to prevent certain behaviour, this approach was the reason why I was able to change patterns. I also had a good personal relationship with Ewelina, she was understanding and made me feel comfortable at all times.
Before I was not very calm and jumpy on emotions. Now I am more composed and understand situations/emotions and myself before I get jumpy. So I am more calm and composed now.
Straight forward and solution orientated approach. We had a systematic approach on the topics I wanted to change which is really helpful in making progress. After understanding why I behave the way I do I had direct actions points that I could think about outside of my sessions. The combination of both (why and actions points) was great and highly effective in changing behavioural patterns.
I’ve found the sessions really beneficial and have started recommending you to friends!
You’re my first CBT therapist so I didn’t know what to expect initially. It was especially useful to be able to discuss the agenda for the sessions in advance so I know what to expect.
Great therapy. Keep up the good work, it means a lot to people.
She is friendly and it was easy to understand what (Young person's name) needed to do.

Thanks for helping me get better!

It was also very ethical of you to not keep taking my money beyond the point of me needing sessions, so thank you also for being a good person and always having my interest at heart.
Diagnosed the problem, we felt understood and that you were able to develop a clear plan of action.
